2 seperate BT dongles not recognized in XP

I have a Bluesolie(sp?) and a Kinsington 33348. I have run the setup discs for both but whenever it comes time to plug in the dongle, both of them are "Unknown USB Devices" and it doesn't matter if I direct it to the exact driver it still will not recognize them.

I have been using the BlueSoliel for a while but tonight I decided to use it again and reinstalled the software.

go for it after that you have problem then use this dongle to other computer
