You might be able to contact your Internet Service Provider and get them to reset your password. That is if this is an email account from an Internet Service Provider.

Is there a method to repair corrupted Outlook 2010 Address Book?

To fix this you can remove the Outlook Address Book service, restart Outlook, and then add it again as indicated by the steps above.
Sadly this workaround will not work in Outlook 2007, 2010 and 2013 as removing the Outlook Address Book service is not supported in these versions. In this case, you must recreate your mail profile.
(Re)creating a mail profile..
1. Press the button Add...
-Do NOT use Copy... not even when you want to recreate your mail profile or you'll end up copying the corruption as well.
-Do NOT delete your old profile, not even when it is corrupted, before you verified that the new one works. You might want to lookup some account settings afterwards.
2. Enter a name for your new Mail Profile.
3. Select to add a new mail account.
4. Make sure you choose the correct account type. Ask your ISP or
administrator if you do not know this.
-If you are using Live Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo or AOL, you can find the settings you need here.
-In Outlook 2007, Outlook 2010 and Outlook 2013, you can simply type your desired display name, email address and password and Outlook will try to determine and configure your account automatically.
If this fails you can still choose to configure it manually with the
information provided by your ISP.
If actions on above can't get back your address book, then try third
party software Address Book Repair Toolbox

I've lost my outlook 2013 password

And the next some steps may help you to get rid of your problem
1. Right click on the .pst file name in your folder list.
2. Choose Properties (Data Files Properties in Outlook 2010/2013), then Advanced button.
3. Click Change Password button.
4. Type your password in the Old password field.
5. Leave the New password and Verify fields blank.
6. Click Ok and work your way back to Outlook.
This dialog is also accessible from File, Account Settings, Data File tab. Select the pst file and click Settings.

Also there is a Recovery Toolbox for Outlook Password
Tool is free-to-try, but as ultimate way, you may try it

Outlook express says wrong username and

Check your mail server settings for username and password, whether password has expired at server and needs modification.
If it is not modified and still valid, then check the server address specified in outlook express mail client. Some setting change mail server also could be the problem which is perhaps not finding you as a valid user. Check with your mail administrator.

I have microsoft outlook 2002 and i dont know the password, can i set up a new password without knowing the old password?

You'll need to check the "Accounts" settings, most likely under "Tools" from the menu bar. This is where the EMail accounts are setup up for your Internet Service Provider. Make sure you don't have 2 or more accounts with the same server name, user name, and passwords.
This link explains why:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/281791

Check with your Internet Service Provider if you forgot your email name and/or password to have them reset it. Then make sure to put the correct info into your Outlook "Accounts" to get your email.

The passwords for the email accounts I use through Outlook 2003 keep disappearing, and everytime there's a scheduled send and receive I have to enter the passwords in a window that pops up. I've read...

Try This,

1.) If you are using an exchange server then try remapping it as it usually comes up if teh exchange server is in correctly mapped.
2.) Try creating a new profile on the outlook 2003 with the correct server information .. this should fix it.

Please let me know if this worked.

Outlook accouant seup\ask my user mane

There are only a several paramaters to get right for email communications with outlook email and other email clients of the same type like eudora.

Regarding being prompted for your name and password when outlook checks mail.

#1 Your Username is most often your full email address myname@mydomain.com
but just the same outlook usualy puts as default your mailbox name only ie myname

#2 The password may be wrong.

#3 Generaly I have found that oulook and others like eudora are prone to showing you a setting in the setup dialog windows that is not 'taking' - My solution is to remove the email setting for that account and put in a fresh one, same information but then often it works! (same with eudora)
