Have they tried opening the BIOSthe mother board and HDD may have been disabled there

Nope, not a single one. That there is all I know, according to what the guy at the outlet told me anyway.
There are absolutely no beeps sounding when I turn it on.
Apologies for not replying to this. Without internet for a bit. I don't know what they did. Since the actual computer won't turn on ((Only the fan is turning on)) They couldn't do much other than tell me the fan was running and nothing else.
are you getting any beeps?
