Question about Toshiba Computers & Internet
A button on the keyboard may have become stuck, The Bios setup page opens up right after the power is turned on, if the right key is pressed. Which is most likely F2, make sure F2 is not stuck, might also be F1 or Delete key.
Just turn off the computer by holding down the power button until it shuts off, check the keyboard and turn it back on, it should work normally, unles a key is stuck and it will go to bios again.
