WEB configuration problem.

Hello guys i have this DWL-G700AP+ device, last week there were 2x power failure. It's running normally after booting up all the device/cpu's. Today i try to allow new Wireless Clients users Mac address, but i could not go to device WEB configuration. My access point is working well - I can get internet access, but not for new user laptop. I have tried resetting the access point so that it's at its default settings. I'm missing something - does anyone know something I should be trying?
