That is its built in memory. It has a low memory normaly. Try inserting an additional memory card to the camera.

How to upload photos using Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-P10 Digital Camera to computer

Consider NOT connecting your camera to your computer.
The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program, such as Picasa.

Hi my camera is cyber-shot 12-1 and the message says "memory card locked" and I can not take photos...please help! thanks

Look at your memory card. SD cards have a slide switch along one edge. The position farthest from the contacts locks the card, protecting it from writes. The position nearest the contacts unlocks the card.

Sony DSC T70 only holds 33 photos with a 1GB memory card... WHY?

There's probably something else taking up a ton of space on that memory card. Format it with the camera if you aren't worried about losing data. Otherwise, plug it into a computer with a memory card reader and see what's taking up the space.

Sony DSC-P10 lens covers won't open

Most of the time it's due to dirt or grit in the lense mechanism. I would blow it out real good with an air compressor. Take the nozzle and run it around the space between it and the camera. That should do it.

Sony DSC-P10

C:13:01 error code means memory stick/ card is unformatted or broken memory stick/ card. please format memory stick/ card, this option is available in camera menu and try again.
If problem still there, use another memory stick/ card.

Memory Card

You right, memory card has either virus or few invisible files. Format memory card and try again.
