F35 is a water level error.
The water level switch (pressure switch) has malfunctioned.
If you remove the top panel, three screws in the back, you will have access to the pressure switch.
With the tub empty, remove the vinyl hose from the switch and blow backwards through the hose to clear any restrictions.
If the fault codes return after doing this, you will likely need to replace the pressure switch.

Also - please be sure to use He soap.

    HI Blueextc3221,

I have also had the same "F35" and "Suds" error - When the Sears repairman came he identified the Pressure Switch as the issue. I looked into the cost of thsi part on many online component sites and fount it to be a $45-70 part (W10156252).

The error continued so we scheduled a second visit - when i asked what work they would be doing they advised they had to replace following parts:
    Control Board: W10156258 - Sears $252.99 (online $168)
    Steamer: W10157910 – Sears $265.99 (online $155)
    Micro Board: W10157911 - Sears $311.99 (online $190)

To me, this makes not sense at all based on all i have read on Fixya and other discussion boards. The Washer costs $1300 just over 12 months ago and now Sears tell me i need to spend over $1000 (including initial visit charges) to fix a COMMON Fault..

These ordered parts dont appear to have anything to do with F35 or SUDS errors.

Would greatly apprecaite your comments and i feel like i am being completely RIPPED OFF!

    Thanks!!

I have a Kenmore He5t steam washer. I got the F35 code again, so I automatically ordered and replace the pressure switch again. did not fix the problem. I have checked and cleaned the drain basket and

Unfortunately you spent money unnecessarily, and before making any additional errors; it would be best to have a trained technician with knowledge of the washer, service the system.

Hello & Welcome to FixYa

F35 error means that there is some sort of issue with the steamer electronic board and analog pressure sensor has gone bad. Check that the hose is firmly attached with the washer and is not blocked. You can also check the water level pressure switch operation. Please get back to me if you have any other questions.

F35

Code 35 if a pressure switch problem. If you remove the top panel the switch is located at the back right corner if looking from front to back. It a brown color usually. Check the hose from the tub to the switch and the wire connections if they are ok then replace the switch. Make sure to unplug the machine before removing the top

Error f35? What's the fix?

They can and fixed my washer today! The fix was the replacement of a switch. The item # was W10156252 for my washer. It is called a switch-WL. Item # may be different for your model. I was getting SUDS and F35 errors. To install it you just remove the top part of the washer and should be located at the upper right-hand side, attached to a black hose. The switch has a small computer board. The price of the swith is around $130. Fortunately I bought a 3-year warranty on my washer.

F35 code appears, even after changing the steam chamber.

IT IS THE ANALOG PRESSURE SENSOR NOT THE STEAM CHAMBER.
