Question about Philips Televison & Video
First reset the television by unplugging it from the wall outlet - see if problem persists. If the problem does persist, then go to www.usasupport.philips.com and enter in your exact model number. go to the software and drivers section for your model. If your model has a software upgrade, then a software upgrade should resolve. You will just need a USB memory stick to get the file from your computer to the television - remember, only transfer the file called "autorun.upg" or whatever to the memory stick, not the entire zip folder.
If the model does not have a software and drivers section, it is b/c the TV is lacking a USB port. In that case, check the sound menu and turn off delta volume and AVL - see if sound behaves normally after that.
If none of the above works, then call Philips to get it serviced.
