Rest assured they haven't gotten lost. Pull up the default app menu and see of those two items were unintentionally uninstalled or not placed on the start menu screen.

My email was changed from to and in the process I lost 185 messages from that address. I used to have sbc as my internet carrier. My email was through When we moved I...

When a person is using the ISP (Internet Service Provider) for the e-mail, and that provider is changed, the e-mail goes with the provider. One cannot have a sbc e-mail account without sbc being the carrier.
One could contact sbc to find out if they could forward those unread messages to the ATT e-mail account.
Hot mail from Microsoft or G mail from google are supported by the Internet Browser, so those accounts will transfer from any different ISP.

I lost my mail in could i recover it???

Hi idyll,
Unless you deleted the email, you can find all your mail under the, All Mail selection in the left hand column.
By the way, there is no need to ever delete any mail in Gmail, you have plenty of storage space there. I have been using and saving email for the past 5 years and am only using 5% of my allotted space, I haven't deleted an email in 5 years.

Goodmorning from On. I have lost my password for my hotmail. I reset and I`m told I have a new password but do not know were to find it please help me

Well prodentleade, when you created your Hotmail account, the wizard required Recovery E-mail ID information for a successful account creation. You had entered another E-mail ID other than this Hotmail ID as a recovery ID.

All you need to do right now, is to remember which E-mail ID it was and to log into that ID. You will certainly find a new mail containing the recovery link and the recovery process.

If you have not got any mail still now, try resetting the password again from your Hotmail account and you will definitely receive a new mail from the Hotmail.

Hope this helps,
