Question about Whirlpool Refrigerators
If it has never dispensed ice,the mfg places a stopper in the dispeser during production. remove it. if the ice just jams up and wont come out, use non-stick cooking spray around the opening of the dispenser. they can jam up if you dont use them often enough and little droplets of water freeze up. either one of these should help, if not I have no idea whats going on and you should call the person who sold it to you.
