Question about Brother MFC-7820N Printer
I have the same problem. This is what I discovered. Open the front cover where the toner goes in. Pull out the toner cartridge. If you look inside the opening on the left and right side walls about 2 inches in you will see a bronze colored spring. This spring is held in place by a little plastic arm. The little plastic arm that holds the spring in place broke on the left side. This spring puts pressure on the metal roller on the front bottom of the toner cartridge. Lack of spring pressure on one side of the roller causes the paper to be fed skewed. I tried taking out the other spring but all i get is paper jams. Know I need to figure out to the replace the inside left panel or make a make-shift retainer for the spring.
