My canon MP287 cant print.black when photocopy. The paper also started to jam so it cant print. what will I do?

When there is a paper jamb make sure the whole piece of paper is removed because any tiny pieces of paper that are left behind will cause further paper jambs.
If the paper does not feed through the printer correctly then the rubber rollers are dirty/sticky. Clean the rollers with methylated spirits to stop the paper from sticking to the rollers.

I have an HP laserjet 1010. i got the paper jam

If you are getting correct test page without errors, simply unplug your printer's USB Connection from PC. uninstall Printer drivers and software. restart PC.. Re-Install New Copy of Drivers and Software.. THEN PLUG THE PRINTER USB CABLE TO PC.. try printing after proper driver is installed..

Paper mismatch error

I got around this problem by tricking the printer.
The paper sensor, on my printer model hp4500 seems to only sense the paper at the beggining of the print job.
What I did to trick the printer to print on odd size paper is slide the paper adjuster to 8.5 and put a regular white sheet in. Then put your odd size paper under it. When you print your document set the number of copies to 2 and print. The printer is going to sense that the paper is correct, and start the job.
Here is the tricky part... once the first 8.5x11 sheet is almost all the way through quickly slide the paper adjuster over to match the size of your odd width paper. The printer should pick up the odd paper and print the second copy. Fool you printa! You should be able to do batches of odd paper size under the first 8.5X11. I hope this helps.

I have a lexmark E120, great little printer just went to print and it was down to one sheet of paper, I got a batch of papers to feed in, as I was printing a large doc, and in a split second it started...

Hi,
In the back of printer you have door. Open it and there you can clear jam. Remove paper but slowly and easy. Close door and it will work fine.
Good luck.
