The headphone cable maybe faulty.
To locate the fault along the headphone wire, while you are listening to music slowly flex along he cable from the headphone to the plug in your player, When the music stops then you have located the broken wire in the cable. This can be repaired by fixing the break. You may need a friend to help you repair the cable.

The head phone jack is causing crackles and static noise and not a clear reception. I move the earbud jack around to get the right sound. Is there a way to permanently fix the headphone jack port?

It is very possible that the problem lies with your headphones and not the player. Have you tried to use a different set of headphones to see if that fixes the problem?

if you are techy or have a knowldge in connecting wire, then you can give a try to fix the right portion of your headphones. There was just a wire inside of your earphone which have been cut. For some instance maybe you had pull your headphones thats why the wire inside has been cut. If you can't repair then that's the time you'll need to buy.

Turtle beaches make a crakle sound

If you unplug the chat-controller cable from both the headset and the controller, then play the game soundtrack through the headphones, do you still hear the high pitched noises, or do they go away?
If they go away, then a replacement chat-controller should fix the problem.
If the noises do not go away, then your best bet would be to tell Turtle Beach tech support about this --- support@turtlebeach.com.

The right hand side ear phone swivel has broke I want to repair it, can i get a spare part for this? ( logitech noise reducing headphones)

If you cannot find a replacement, I've fixed many of my broken headphones, where they pivot, using acrylic nail powder. You can purchase it at your local beauty supply, like Sally's. You need to buy the powder and the liquid. It will bond it back together and make it stronger than it was new.. You will be amazed what you can fix with acrylic nail powder.

Good Luck.

Can it be fixed or replaced?

Assuming the cord just does like any standard audio cable and transmits sound one way from the 3.5mm jack to the headphones then you could get some wire and solder it in at either end, then just use some stage tape to wrap around the join.

Were they normal headphones I'd just suggest some new ones, but noise cancelling are expensive IIRC.
