My washer was working fine, then just stopped. I checked the breaker and the plug all is good there. But the washer just wont work. The dial was out a little, is there a starter or something that needs to connect to start the washer. How do you remove the dial?

Begin by checking to be sure the outlet where you have the washer plugged in has power. you may have blown a fuse or popped a circuit breaker. If no power, either replace the fuse or reset the circuit breaker by turning it all the way off and then all the way on.
Mine did the same thing and it ended up being an overloaded older breaker in the electric box. It would allow the dryer to work, but the washer was too much for it to operate. Had the breaker replaced with a new one and it works fine. Hope this helps!
you got a problem with your power supply for sure. check and make sure both your breakers are on inside the fuse box. turn them completely off and them back on(there should be 2 linked together for this unit. if that ok try to gt behind the unit and check the incoming power source(make sure wiring on rear of dryer is in tact. def sounds like inadequate power supplied to unit
