Question about LG Computers & Internet
This might not be a problem with the monitor at all, but a symptom of a problem with the computer.
Can you try another display with this computer or can you try this monitor on another computer? That will tell us what is wrong.
If this display works OK on another computer, then your computer has a problem.
If another display works OK on this computer, then this monitor has a problem, please try this monitor on another computer to see if problem persists when connected to another machine.
Let me know once you have done the testing.

Your computer monitor or laptop screen will enter sleep mode after your computer remains idle for a set period of time. You can disable sleep mode if you prefer the screen to remain illuminated. You merely need to change a setting in the Windows Power Management properties box.
Difficulty: Moderately Easy Instructions
Click "Start" and "Control Panel".
Click "System and Security" and "Power Options". This will bring up a new dialog box.
Click the menus to the right of "Turn off the Display" and set them both to "Never". This will disable sleep mode.
