Konica 7022 F-26-2 and F-26-3

This copy machine is a bit old has over 160K copies , last week i cleaned it and after that i keep getting 2 error codes F-26-2 and F-26-3, is there a way for me to reset the copy machine or any trick to take it out of the codes?

    Another thing that i forgot to mention is I never worked with this copy machine before, i would appreciate any kind of help . Thank you.

    Thank you for your answer, my problem is that there is not enough developer, so i will have to replace the developer and after that i can give it a shot again.

    please help ! my konica 7022 is giving me error code f26-3. how can i clear the code. im a technician trained for ricoh but not familiar with these models. DO YU ALSO KNOW IF THERE IS ANY DEVELOPER AND TONER THAT CAN FIT INTO THE MACHINE BECAUSE I CANT GET THE ORIGINAL ONE HERE. ONLY AVAILABLE ARE BIZHUB DIALTA . THANK YU GUYS MY EMAIL

Hold down the asterisk button until it asks for code, then enter 9272 then start print. go to adjustments and look for L-detect. Just navigate through until you find it, can't remember off hand exactly where it is.
Prior to this make sure the developer unit is engaged properly and all connectors are plugged in, if you vacuumed this unit you may have blown the L-detect sensor,( This sensors measures the density of the toner and developer mix). or you don't have enough developer in the unit.

Change developer and reset developer count and make developer setting for new developer

There is an error code c-2558 showing on my machine konica minolta bizhub c452 please do let me know the proper remedy for it ASAP

Abnormally high toner density detected Black TRC sensor-

1. Correct the TRC Connection on the underside of the imaging unit if faulty
2. Reinstall black image unit
3. Change image unit
4. Change PWB-M
5. Change PWB-MFP

you can try # 2 then run 20-30 sky shops (copies with lid up to make black copies) put a white piece of paper over lead edge section of copy glass so you are only making 1/2 black copies if you don't the copy may jam in the fuser due to excess toner. after running copies turn machine off for 10 secs to reset and power backon. if problem continues I would change the image unit.

I have a Konica 4145 copy machine with error code 60

There is arcing from the transfer corona, HV wires underneath the drum these thin wires provide a HV allowing transfer of the image from the drum to the paper, and allow seperation of the paper from the drum. (p/n 5400-2605)

The drum loses its ability to accept the image after a fair number of copies

A lot of machines monitor the drum voltages required to obtain a good print and when they go out of tolerance the report the error as Drum Low

It is telling you that the drum is on its last legs before it stops printing

Make sure that the Drum Kit is a complete unit with cleaning blade etc and follow any instructions such as wiping the drum with a bit of the toner powder before it turns.

This acts as a lubricant and stops the cleaning blade from digging into the drum surface when the machine first rotates

On normal contract my copies are very dark.

The optical area of the copier need some cleaning. Consult a technician for support. This is a minor problem.

Blur copys

The 1015 / 1120 were prone to the lens drive gear cracking, and not holding to the shaft.

Sometimes you will get a lens initializing error, sometimes you wont.

But this is most likely the problem.

Problem with Konica Minolta Di1610

Incorrect T/C type means that toner cartridge have not good contact with toner chip, is good to clean this chip, or contact inside magine is not good. Change toner cartridge and if that problem remain, its needed replace contact unit on machine
