You mean 'HOUSE numbers'?

Normally, it will only accept house numbers that exist. There is also an order to enter the data. Normally
Postcode - Number
or
City/Town - Road - Number
or
City/Town - Number - Road

Or you could just drive it to a dealership and ask. They like doing this type of thing because it forms a bond between new owner of secondhand vehicle and the dealership.

I want to put a number in my directory and I can't find the key to use to put in a space between the numbers

You don't need to put a space for display in the number.
If you mean a pause or wait, that will depend on the model you have. Can you be more specific?

To show me how to break the number 127 to binary form

Let's start by setting up the binary columns.
2^0 = 1
2^1 = 2
2^2 = 4
2^3 = 8
2^4 = 16
2^5 = 32
2^6 = 64
2^7 = 128

Written horizontally.

128 64 32 16 8 4 2 1
1 1 1 1 1 1 1
What is the biggest number that goes into 127. 64. Put 1 in the 64s column. 127 - 64 = 63.
What is the biggest number that goes into 63. 32. Put 1 in the 32s column. 63 - 32 = 31.
What is the biggest number that goes into 31. 16. Put 1 in the 16s column. 32 - 16 = 15.
What is the biggest number that goes into 15. 8. Put 1 in the 8s column. 15 - 8 = 7.
What is the biggest number that goes into 7. 4. Put 1 in the 4s column. 7 - 4 = 3.
What is the biggest number that goes into 3. 2. Put 1 in the 2s column. 3 - 2 = 1.
Put a 1 in the 1s column.

So we have 1111111 in binary.

Good luck.

Can i enter a mutiple number contact?

yes you can on most cell phones. try using pressing and holding the * key for a moment and it should put a comma(or a P) after the last # (this is a 1-2 second pause), then just key in the next numbers you want. (if you need more time between numbers, just insert more Pauses.)

i.e. 18005551212,1,12223334444
this would make it dial 18005551212 then wait 2 seconds,
then dial 1(to leave a callback number), wait 2 seconds,
then dial 12223334444 (your callback number).

some phones put a limit on how many numbers can be dialed with a contact...but you should be able to put most numbers in. i use this method myself.

if the number you are trying to place on the emergency feature of your phone is a local number, i think you dont have to put the country code (if that makes it longer) but if the number you would like to put there is an international number, maybe it really won't let you.

I just got my phone 3 days ago and when i try to text my friend it doesnt let me it says to put in a 10 digit number and i put there area code in but with the number thats only 9 numbers can you tell me...

how is it 9 numbers? i think that you are confused. (555)-555-5555 this is how the number should be typed in. This is ten digits. (minus the dashes and parens) don't put a one in front of it.
