Hello, I think you are having a virus attack and you should update your anti-virus. If after a good scan it still gives you that problem then you can use the following options. 1.You can uninstall your webcam driver and reinstall, but please be sure to have your webcam driver available before uninstalling. 2.You can make a new installation using the recovery CD that came with you laptop. But if you decide to use option 2 please make sure you make a back up of all your document and files before doing the new installation. I hope this solution has been helpful. Have a wonderful day.
