first check in profile that in incoming alert is set to ringing or not if it is setted to ringing than probably your problem is the ringer when you recieve a call do you listen?

It sounds like it has gone into secure mode...have you entered any codes unsuccessfully into your device before it did this? If you entered any codes in before this happend and you have turned off your phone and turned back on and it's still doing the same thing..unfortunately anything you saved to your phone is a loss cause.

SOURCE: Help my nokia 5233 speaker's
I can understand your problem.by seeing your question i can make out that you are really tensed.but this is an hardware problem.the speaker of your phone has been spoilt and that is the reason why you are unable to hear any sound. My advice is you take the cell to your nearest NOKIA PRIORITY and tell them this problem.if you are under warranty then they will do it for free if not then you need to pay for the repairs.you can also get this done from any local mobile repairing shop but the thing is you wont get the original speaker.
hope this information was useful.IF YES PLEASE RATE
