Cadco oven wont start ...give error code pre and por

It looks like the controller board is shot. Get on the web with Cadco and request a complete parts list for the controller circuits. Meanwhile, pull the cover off the stove controls and blow in clean, dry compressed air over the circuit boards. Chances are you have a short or two in the circuitry!

Where can i go and dowload the wiring manual for the baxter gas oven

Hobart, the parent company of Baxter are very picky with releasing manuals, diagrams, etc. Your best bet is go to the link below and create a user name and see if they give you access to the manuals.

My wires are labeled A1,A2 ,A3 and A4 .how do they connect to the terminal block

hi..there is color coding on the wires..BLACK WIRE is the live wire(wire #1) which should be connected on top of the terminal supply of your oven (if vertically positioned) and sometimes to the leftmost right(horizontally positioned),then the RED WIRE to the bottom (vertically positioned),or rightmost part (horizontally positioned) and the WHITE WIRE is at the center(both horizontally/vertically positioned0 and the GREEN wire must be connected to the grounding of the unit just below/beside the terminal supply of your oven..hope this helps..

Bakers pride electric deck ovens aprox 10 yrs old

It depends on the ampere rating, you will not normally be able to get a single phase supply in the UK at more than 100 amps total.

If the total oven rating is not more than 60 amps you may be ok.

Conversion would involve altering the wiring in the oven which may be costly and not worthwhile on a 10 year old oven.

One of our ovens has part of the bottom pealing off inside the oven. Is there a fix for this?

Unplug the unit, remove the conveyor belt and replace the bottom of the oven with a Stainless Plate from Bakers Pride or from a local machine shop
