Make sure you have P/Y set to 1 and BGN/END set to END. With those settings, pressing 9 I/Y 9 2 0 FV 1 0 0 +/- PMT CPT N should produce 7.00 .

The BA II+ does not have a key for the common logarithm function. You can calculate the common log of a number by calculating its natural log and then dividing by the natural log of 10.

log10(x) = ln(x)/ln(10)

The same procedure works for logarithms to any base.

There is no common logarithm key. You can compute the common (base 10) log of any number by using the relationship log(x) = ln(x) / ln(10).

just a slight differance but never the less differant
