Clean the nozzle and print-head of your printer and try again, If that doesn't solve the problem, then you will be needing professional maintenance.
Also, since you have changed the printer cartridge and that didn't solve the
problem, then at this point, I think you need a professional
maintenance.
Why I would suggest a professional maintenance is because printers
generally are very daisy. If you tamper with the printer without having full knowledge, it might affect it more.
