If you have dropped out the LEDconnection from your PS2 circuit borad, you can simply get it to a tecnician near your market. He will just connect it with a welding machine and this will not cost you more than 2-3 $

Here is what I have for that model of PS2.

The 128-Bit Emotion Engine is the first chip of its kind. No other mass-market computer technology on the market comes close to its power. In the PlayStation2, this chip is used as the workhorse of the console. It processes all physics and math calculations.

The PlayStation2 has a 128-Bit Emotion Engine. The 128-Bit part of the title means that this chipset both processes information and sends it over a 128-Bit bus (A Bus is the pathway between chips on a circuit board. A wide bus carries more bits of information and is thus faster than a narrower bus).

You may think that your PC has a faster processor, but remember that the Emotion Engine has inherently faster 128-Bit processing and it is just a part of the overall PlayStation2 power.

A small note for the really detail oriented: The reason that the speed is 294.912 MHz, is that it must be a multiple of a required processor speed that supports the DVD ROM operations.
* Dimensions: 301mm (W) x 178mm (H) x 78mm (D), (12" x 7" x 3").

* Weight: 2.1 kg (4 lbs. 10 oz.).

* Media: PlayStation2 CD-ROM, DVD-ROM, and PlayStation CD-ROM, CD Audio
This means your PlayStation 2 will basically play all your old PlayStation games (but not make them look any better), all music CDs and all North American DVDs.

* Interfaces: Controller Port (2)
These are the same as the controller ports on the current PlayStation.

* Interfaces: Memory Card Slot (2)
These slots are very similar to the ones on the original PlayStation, except they support the new, faster transfer rate.

* Interfaces: AV Multi Cable Output (1)
This is where you plug the cord that goes to the back of your television.

* Interfaces: Optical Digital Output (1)
This port will let you send data directly to a digital receiver. This is perfect if you plan to plug your PlayStation into a DTS or Dolby receiver and get perfect sound.
If you don't use digital output, your data will be converted to an analog signal and then be converted back to digital at the receiver.

* Interfaces: USB Port (2)
USB enables you to connect any number of devices to your system with a high-speed data link.

* Interfaces: I.Link (IEEE1394) (1)
The IEEE139 port is known by two names: I.Link and for Mac owners, FireWire - there are some minor differences between the two. This high-data transfer port has the advantage of supplying (some) power to devices that are connected. You can expect that an enormous number of hardware devices will use this port including speakers, printers, and other like devices.

* Interfaces: Type III PCMCIA Card Slot.
This slot is a lot like a laptop's add-in slot. Here you will be able to plug in a modem and eventually the connection for Sony's planned broadband network and hard drive.

My Lexmark p4350 won't scan to my computer

I need more information. Have you replaced your cartridges with a non-Lexmark type? Did you try putting the USB cable in a different USB slot? Is the Lexmark power supply working? Did the printer get dropped? Did you try rebooting your system?

Single long beep - the RAM is no longer recognized as present. Try the ram stick in another pc, if it works there then the motherboard has died, you will have to replace it.

Not playin playstation 3 games but plays dvds playstation2 games ect.

Sounds like a problem with the bluray tracker. You should first get a can of air and spray inside the slot in small spurts. If thatdoesn't work, and it's still under warranty, send it in for repairs.

How do I fix my computer moniter?the screen is black

When you power up then after 12 seconds check the num lock led status on key board press num lock key then if num lock led is on and off then your cpu is working fine.
For that make sure vga adapter from monitor is connecxted to cpu is properly.Then when you power up the computer press F8 key then you can see some menu enter in "Enable vga mode " then go to display property and change screen resolution to 1024*768 then apply and check.
But if num lock led is constant then then you need to open cpu cabinet cover.
Then reconnect ram memory .Try it in different ram slot.Make sure motherboard is not ground with cabinet.REmove pci or other card if any.
Then check.
Pull cmos cell from motherboard for 10 minutes then connect again.
Also reconnect processor and it's fan then check.
Let me know if you need further assistance.
Thanks for using FixYa.i

I have a RCA big screen tv (model # rca m50wh72s). I accidentally dropped water on the back on the slot that says "cable card slot" on top of the mother board. Now I can't turn on the tv. The fuse is...

Unplug it and allow to dry. It's important that it be unplugged so long as any wetness is present as you can cause further damage. You might use a fan to speed the drying. After the TV is dry you can reconnect to power and try it. If no luck, unplug it and give it some more time. Without the aid of alcohol and compressed air, it can take two days or more to dry the water from under some of the parts. Be patient! or call a servicer.

look on the motherboard where all the cables are plugged in, It should list on the board in small letters what plugs in there. whats written on top goes on the top pins & bottom list should be the bottom pins.

I'm not sure if it's the playstation2 console or the games. Some games will work like Nascar. But other than that and 2 other games they can't be read no matter how clean.

it sounds like the head may need adjusting
there are different colour discs and some need to be read at an exact angle.
here is how

Be very careful how you open the console as if the cables connecting the top and bottom come apart you will need totally take apart all the boards to reconnect them.
