Question about Tippmann 98 Custom Act Paintball Gun
Sounds like an air pressure issue to to me, not enough pressure to recock the marker.. check all seals and do as joe suggested make sure it's good and lubed and clean the internals

Time to lube (oil) the gun. A few drops of oil in the inlet hole (where you screw on your tank) should do and then dry fire the gun. If no luck you may need to tear down the gun and clean and lube the internals.
