Check all connections and also make sure the polarity of your speakers are correct,(+ to + , - to -), look to see if you have used the speaker output for sound also. Sometimes the plugs look the same but go to different outputs.

The blue power light and the blue and red battery lights keep flashing and won't stop Why?

Sounds like the battery itself is going bad and needs to be replaced. The blinking lights are a code that you can find at the OEM website and it will tell you exactly what is going on..

The speakers don't work at all. The blue light goes on fine, but there's no sound. They used to work fine with my iPod and iPhone, but not anymore.

Hi, Have they been turned off?
These speakers have a habit of setting their volume level to zero if the power is removed.
At the bottom of the right-hand speaker you should see some tiny volume up/down buttons.
Try pressing the up and see what happens.

Has the same problem. Note: There is a powerswitch on the subwoofer! Pust on the volume knob and the system switches on and off. Hope this helps anyone else.

These speakers are not turning on anymore even

Wow! CNet reviews seemed to like those speakers.

Ummmm make sure the power is plugged in and you are in fact getting 110vAC where it is plugged in. If you have a DC voltmeter (or multimeter) you could test for the rated DC voltage coming out of the power brick that I'm sure it uses for power.

Other than that... are they in warranty still? You might want to seek a warranty repair. Probably not worth a non warranty repair ... unless it's something simple like the DC power brick adaptor thing.

Have external gateway speakers

First make sure your sound cards are working properly. 1) Check the master volume of your PC. Go to start menu, control panel, sounds speech and audio devices, sounds and audio devices - i) In volume tab click the speaker volume and check whether all the left, right, etc.. volumes are in medium or high. ii) In audio tab click the volume tab of sound playback and make sure that the master volume is not in mute and all the volumes are either in medium level or at 100%. After making these changes try playing any music. Even if the problem persists go and get your sound card checked in an authorised service centre.

Thanks & Regards,
Shiva

No sound from subwoofer

You're in warranty. Appers to be a common problem. Soundstixks should either tell you how to fix it or replace your system.
