it could be corrupt windows or your resolution in windows was set to high that your monitor does not support or you may have installed the wrong video driver or if you have daul video outs the secondary may be enebled thru windows causing the monitor on laprop to turn off thinking its on ext video!
check your printer settings the computer is not at fault here did you reduce the zoom i mean did you zoom out too much put it. go to print preview and then put the zoom to 175% and try. see if this workks

You need to look at the printers manual or the box for the required system use before trying to install it. If it's not compatible with Window's Vista, it will not work.
