Question about Panasonic Televison & Video
You'll have the same problem if you're a Paul McCartney fan and buy his latest CD, Good evening New York City, which contains a DVD. I've discovered the same problem on my Panasonic, a DMR-EX77EB.
On another site this advice was given, although I've not tried it yet:
Use the TRAY-OPEN + STOP button for 5 seconds to change the system from NTSC vs PAL............. an excellent workaround. Regards

Ok this is easy you bought new disc's
new disc's these days are running new cd dvd format which is makeing old players useless i guess there weeding out piracy i guess but with this being the way it is i would upgrade player writer
