Question about Dyson Ball DC24 Bagless Upright Vacuum
Two things you should check:
1- Be sure the belt that drives the beater brush is snug.
2- Good idea to remove the beater brush and clean as best you can. At each end of the brush there are two hard rubber retainers that hold the brush in the housing. Add some WD40 between these retainers and the brush, rotate to be sure the WD40 is worked in so that the retainers move freely around the brush. Sparingly, add a bit of WD40 to any part (wheels) that contact the floor when the unit is in use.
If you find this solution to be of help, I would appreciate a Thumbs Up. Thank you. Paul
