Question about Navman F20 GPS Receiver
Change bad internal MMC Card for a new one, connect via USB to PC , run f20servicepack1.exe. Don't forget to install Navman's USB drivers ( c:\program files\navman\f20 service pack\USB\ .

Try this you will find two screws in bottom of unit unscrew and carefully open unit dis conect battery and speaker take out four/five black screws inside you will see a mini sd card gently lift up you will then see long pins get a pin and very gentle lift each one about 2mm up then put card back down attach battery and turn on see if it bootup if yes then revers and put back together.
