Question about Creative Labs Zen Touch MP3 Player

I think the reset button has broke on the player, can this problem be solved

I put the charger in it goes to the main screen and sticks for a few minutes, i have tried resetting it but the reset button doesn't seem to work, can anybody help me solve this problem

    it is a creative player not an apple, have tried to reset it but tried the recovery mode on the creative website, which wasn't much help.



    just wondering as have had to get a new one now, is there anyway or anyone who can transfer all the music files from one zen to the other even though one of them is faulty!

    the system won't turn off it seems to be stuck on the zen touch screen and won't switch off, the computer won't recognize the player

Use the "recovery mode" option described in your manual - Apple's website has the manual if you have misplaced it

    You can't transfer from one Zen to another, but try the below method to try to force windows to recognize the player (btw, sorry on the Apple snafu, my eyes are getting blurry). If you can force recognition, then you can double-click on My Computer --> double-click on the icon of the mp3 player --> double-click on the music folder --> drag and drop the music files to a folder/desktop of your own choosing



    Try this: disconnect the player from the computer, turn it off, hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard.

Please follow the below steps and check if that resolves the issue:

  1. Press down on and hold the "Power" button on your Philips GoGear MP3 player.
  2. Press down on and hold the "Volume Up" button on your Philips GoGear MP3 player. Continue to hold both of these buttons down for three consecutive seconds. The MP3 player will turn itself off.
  3. Press and hold "Power" until your Philips GoGear MP3 player turns itself back on. Your GoGear will no longer be frozen and you can use it as normal.

I need help my ipod turns on regurarly but when it hits the menu for original screen but when i go on the main menu screen it just turns white and start's to do the same thing

Looks like the software just hanged-up on you. Try to reset the Ipod by following the procedures below.

1st option:
Turn the Hold switch on, then back to off.
Press and hold the Menu and Select buttons for 10 seconds (until the Apple logo appears).
You may need to repeat the reset several times.
If the reset doesn't help, then put the iPod into forced disk mode.

2nd option (Disk Mode):
Plug the iPod into a high-powered USB port, let it sit for 2 hours, then disconnect it. If you have a wall charger, plug in the iPod, then follow these steps while it is still plugged in.
Turn the Hold switch on, then back to off.
Press and hold the Menu and Select buttons until the Apple logo appears
Immediately switch your figures to press and hold the Select and the Play/Pause buttons until "Disk Mode" appears at the top.
For a lot of people, this solves the problem. Connect the iPod to the computer and (assuming it shows up) reset the iPod again to get it out of Disk Mode. If at this point you still have the white screen, restore the iPod using the restore function in iTunes under the Summary tab (this will erase everything on the iPod and put it at factory settings).
Note: Do not disconnect or eject the iPod until the store is totally done. After you think it's done, wait another five minutes.

My ipod nano screen is white and when I try to reset by pressing the menu and select buttons it just goes dark. What do I do??

This problem is called the white screen of death. To solve this, you should press the Home button and the Power button together for about 30 - 40 seconds. This process is called hard reboot. You can also try to restore the factory settings by plugging the device to you computer and restore it using itunes.

you need to restore your ipod touch by connecting it to your computer and clicking restore. make sure you have backed up your ipod touch before you do this or you will lose everything on your ipod touch.

Delstar Mp4 player


I HAVE 3 delstar mp4 player and it worked fine for a few months. I plugged it in to charge, took it off the charger and now it is frozen on a blue screen with an hourglass design.
