Most areas it is not up to code to discharge stormwater into a public sewer. In other areas it is not permitted to discharge into street. This can errode the streeet and causing freezing. There is a pop up device to allow you to discharge into your yard. It will pop up when pressure lifts it allowing the water to discharge in your yard. Be sure that the water doesn't flow into a neighbor's yard. You will have to make provisions for the outlet to drain in the winter. I would keep the pipe below frost line. Where pipe turns up I would drill small weep hole and back fill area with sand or gravel to allow the pipe to drain when pump turns off.

The sump drain plug will be at the lowest possible point on the sump. The one in front of the water pump is probably the water drain plug.

Drain sump oil

What kind of oil did they put in? The drain is on the lowest part of the engine, a small plug either in the block or at the end of a pipe, just find a container to fit under there and pull the plug, then fill it back up with the fresh oil. Don't forget the plug!

Husqvarna YTH2448 engine leaking oil

That sounds like the sump gasket is leaking, sometimes the briggs machining at the sump and head areas are a little rough and a bad fit can allow the gasket to blow,if it is leaking it is actually sucking air in rather than pushing oil out while it is running. You would have to drain oil, remove the engine turn it upside down, remove the oil pump cover plate( 3 small screws) pull oil pump rotor and drive shaft out, remove sump bolts, replace gasket and reassemble.Be sure to use a light coat of gasket sealer like black silicone.

Pump support

Follow these steps to replace a malfunctioning sump pump. If you are starting from scratch and want to put in a completely new sump pump and drain line, you should have a professional plumber do any actual piping unless you have an advaced knowledge of those techniques. Locate the sump pump in your basement. Unplug it to avoid possible electrical shock or personal injury. Find the place to disconnect the pump from the drain line. This is usually either a screw-together type union or a rubber coupling with hose-clamp fastenings. Both are quickly and easily undone. Remove the pump from the pit and allow it to drain for a few minutes. Any plastic piping or fittings that comes from the water outlet opening and goes up to where the pump connected to the drain line needs to be removed and saved to reattach to the new pump. Take the pump with you to your local hardware store, plumbing-supply house or home-improvement center. They can help you pick a replacement that requires the same power source and provides the same drain-line hookups and pumping capabilites. Reattach any piping and fittings in the same way that they were on the old pump. Set the new pump in the pit and reconnect the union. Plug in the pump. You can test the pump by filling the sump pit with buckets of water.

Installing a Washer in basement

The top of the drain pipe that the washing machine drains in to should be about 3 feet off the ground. If the sewer pipe is higher than that you can either get a longer hose, or drain it into a sump with a sump pump that pumps it into the sewer pipe. If you don't have a sump, first try the longer hose and make sure it drains to a point higher than the sewer pipe (that would be the easiest) or cut a hole in your floor and put in a sump and sump pump (the most difficult).
