It means that your wireless rear speakers can not be detected by the 'radio' on the bluray player. Move your wireless receiver (the one the rear speakers connect to) closer to the player or put it in a place where it has a 'clear line of sight' with the player. Should solve it!

Picture tearing at bottom

Have you tried changing the output video settings of the Blueray player from NTSC to PAL or vice versa? Also check that Blueray has HDCP turned on or off, depending on your TV set.
What's the make and the model of the TV?

Not connecting to netflex

Check your credentials and make sure your blueray device is connected to the internet. If it's the blueray device check and make sure the ethernet cord isn't bad or the port that it's plugged into.

Hope this helps --> Melanie

Blueray player has a snowy picture

Please check on the input using a diffferent source say a DVD player and if there is no issues then the player is faulty. If not the TV is a suspect. Please check all the cables on the connection cords, check for tight connection.
Only once the fault is confirmed on the player can it be suspected that there are errors in the video card/section, check for dry joints, loose connectors or links to the outputs. remove and replug all the connectors and check cords before we can suspect the video section.

Hi I just bought 1080 blueray recorder and 6500 samsung tv.hooked up dmi cables to tv to denon amp and blueray to tv .had great picture and sound from denon can only get sound from tv.not sure...

Check your Denon amplifier with other input such as, input from ipod sound to amplifier or any source that provides sound to your amplifier. If you have a built in tuner in your amplifier, Does the sound comes out? If it does then check your dvd setting, e.g 5.1 channel surrounding etc. If there is no sound from amplifier, check your amp with qualified service tech.

No sound from rear/ surround speakers on Bose V20

Yes, very easy and cheap if you get it from the right place. Fiber Optic going from the output of the device to the input of the receiver. If your lucky enough to have an input/output fiberoptic in your tv, run the fiber from the device to the tv input, fiber the output of the tv to the receiver so not only are you getting the device full surround sound, but you'll also get better TV surround sound for those that are made with Dolby pro logic II sound. (pretty much all the newer movies and shows)
