Question about Computers & Internet
I'm not sure what you mean, The laptop should have a COA (Certificate Of Authenticity) on the bottom of the laptop, That COA is for windows only.
Do you have a separate COA for Windows Office? or are you trying to use the one on the bottom of the Computer, Usually when you buy something new its a trial version not the full version. Unless you paid extra to get it from the manufacturer.
Other then that I have no way of helping you, Check all of the documents you got with your laptop for other codes, Also some people also get Microsoft works with a COA that is not for office its for works only
