Question about Dell Latitude D610 Notebook
You can not recover any passwords from the BIOS. However, you can delete the password that you have forgotten and start afresh. To do that you must turn the laptop upside down and start removing the plates that you find there on the bottom. Remove them one by one and look for a button cell battery. If you do not find any then please replace the plate and remove the next one till you find the battery. Once found, remove the battery for a minute or so after which replace it. While removing it do note the way it is fitted there, meaning the positive and negative of the battery. replace it the same way it was before removing. Replace the plate and now you are ready to power it on with no passwords.
