My mobile has a special problem. The mobile shows a weak signal and sometimes zero signal at my home even though the other nokia mobile signals are very high at my home.(same network other nokia mobile...

Hi,
Are they the same models?
The phone's capability to sustain a stable network coverage may vary even in model types.
While at your home, remove the phone's battery and simcard and fit them again.
Note how the phone's network signal registers.
It may start very high and then drop drasticaly to very low or no signal at all or sustain a constant signal reception.
If the reception's good in other areas, then your home area's network coverage may not be that good.

Hope this helps.Thanks!

Mine is W595 model , the problem is that my mobile gets cut whenever i talk , its like the mobile when i'm in call receives very less signal and eventually turns out to be no signal at al for some...

Hi,

The strength of your signal depends on your where you are. This is because the service of your network provider is poor in your locality.

Try move to another locality where the signal of your network is strong and you will see the call will not cut.

Samsung B209 network Problem does not show the network and dose not connect the call

Welcome to FixYa!

It means that there is no network coverage in your area. In most cases, your operator or service provider is the best source of assistance with issues regarding network coverage.

When you are in outdoors, move your position to find a good signal network coverage area. When you are in indoors ( like building, basement and subway station), change your position by small spaces, or move towards a window.

If other mobile phones with the same operator or service provider as yours does not have a signaltoo, then it is conclusive that there is no network coverage.

If other mobile phones with the same operator or service provider as yours does have a signal, then you need to upgrade your cell phones firmware. Unfortunately, there is no upgrade available from Samsung's Website http://www.samsung.com/in/consumer/mobile-phone/mobile-phone/cdma-phone/SCH-B209ZKAREL/index.idx?pagetype=prd_detail&tab=support

Samsung B209 uses CDMA Technology at 800Mhz frequency. If your operator or provider uses GSM Technology, then your phone will not get any signal.

Thank you for using FixYa.

Have a great day.

Hello.. look.. here is the problem. i have a samsung s5230 star since the begining of this year. since two weeks ago my phone only shows limited service or no service. however sometimes i have signal .....

Your phone can't seem to locate signal on your are that's why it says No service. There;s nothing wrong with the phone, it's more on the signal coverage of your netwrok provider. There are some areaas that have strong signals and some areas that have weak signals. You may also want to contact your network provider about it.

No network coverage

Phone is not receiving any radio signal / received signal is too weak:
Confirm that network coverage is available where you are by contacting your service provider.

SIM card is not working properly:

Insert your SIM card into another phone
Note: Contact your service provider if you get the same message again.
Phone is not working properly:
Insert your SIM card into another phone. If the second phone works with the inserted SIM card, then
the problem is probably with the first instrument.

Note: In this case, contact your nearest Sony Ericsson service center regarding your phone problem.

No signals

Hi kccute61,
Network connectin does not depend on the mobile model, it depends on the connection service provider that you have, Network coverage will not be there if you are in a place where for a few miles there are no tower of your service provider, if you are in a place where there are proper power signal and still you dont have proper network coverage then check whether you are in a closed room where no signals can enter, you will get the connection once you come to open places where your mobile will sense the signal,,,,,,,,,

Please leave me comment, if you need further assistance

good luck with your fix,,,
have a nice day,,

A VERY HELPFUL RATING IS APPRECIATED,
Thanks

Coverage problem in my china mobile phone specially while talking

First insert your sim card into another handset and check for the signals. if you are getting good signals in the another cell then you need to open your handset .

you can open your handset if you are good at opening it.
search for the network antenna in that and check whether it is correctly placed, if it is displaced then you need to adjust it in the correct position.

Also check for the network pins connecting the motherboard. If the network pins are not correctly touching to your motherboard then also you will face same kind of problem. You need to adjust this also.

If you are not good at opening the handset then you need to take your cell to the technician he will do it for you at some service charge.
