The red light is flashing and I am unable to use the mouse, is there a battery and if so how do I access it? I tried to access the back as it looks like you can push the back and it should open to access a battery but it won't open.

Thank you for using FixYa

I am not sure what you have tried, but usually there is an install cd that comes with the hardware and it is best to load it up and see if it can detect the mouse. If you do not have that then you can go to the website for Logitech and possible download the driver for your computer.

http://www.logitech.com/support-downloads

If you can still use another mouse of a different kind on it, then the computer is good. Turn off the computer each time you plug in a different device since it will try to use the plug and play to recognize it. Optional, you might be able to go into your control panel and choose the 'Mouse' button and try to get it to load from there. The idea is that you will have to tell it to find the driver, manually, and it will probably give the option to go online and find it. Hopefully the first suggestion for the Logitech web page will work.

I hope this was useful and please comment if this was helpful to you.

My logitech ps2 mouse gets hanged while working

Sounds like the driver has become corrupted. You will have to uninstall then reinstall the drivers. Lets start with that, let me know how it goes and we can take it further.

Logitech Mouse V320 Corless Optical Mouse not working

The warrenty period is usually a year. Is there a connection button on the receiver as well? Normally you need to press the connect button on the mouse, and then on the receiver shortly there after. If you want to replace it, you might have an easier time just getting a new mouse.

I have a Logitech wireless mouse that I cannot seem to get working on the computer i have a logitech cordless mouse JNZ201962 which i cant seem to operate even thou it says the drivers are installed

Normal 0 Turn the mouse over and find the small rest/connect button on the bottom of the mouse and press it. This should connect the mouse to the receiver and work properly. If not, try pressing the receiver button and then press the button on the mouse. This should be done whenever you change batteries or glitch. Hope this helps you. Bud

Install a Logitech cordless mouse on my desktop computer

Go to the Logitech website. In the support/downloads are you will find the software & drivers you need to install to your computer. You can download the generic logitech wireless driver & then let the new software determine the model. Hope this helps & please remember to rate my answer. Thanks.

Logitech mouse m-rn67 download required for mac osx 10.4.

Go this page, select your mouse and click on get software. then select Mac OSX from drop down and download the LCC software:
http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/398/&cl=us,en?prodcrid=398

If you do not see Mac OS X available from the drop down, then your mouse can only be used as a generic mouse, and is just plug 'n play.

Hope that helps! Should you have any further questions, please feel free to post them here.

P.S. – I would greatly appreciate a FixYa!rating if the solution I provided fixed or helped you resolve your problem.

Thank you for using FIXYA!

Cheers!
