I Have wipro laptop model no WIVNB7B1620, I need display drivers can you help me??

First, I would suggest running Microsoft update (not Windows update). If you haven't upgraded to Microsoft Update yet, just open Windows Update and you'll see directions to upgrade. Just follow the directions. If Microsoft has any drivers they will be listed in the left column under 'Hardware in the update results'.
