I had the same problem. But, When i restarted my phone it worked properly. But In your case, If it is showing you the same message again and again. Then. There is the software problem in your phone. You need to install a new software from any service shop.
sir please call to the related simcard customercare and say the last 6-digit number which is present before the simcard. then they will give the pukcode number to unlock the cellphone...........
format your phone and try to access your phone.if the touch is still not responding then you can find out that there problem. then contact the company service center of your mobile and change the display screen.just go on with the company for changing the display screen for your mobile. they will replace the original touch display panel for your mobile.this is best for your mobile.because some local service may replace some local display. which may affect the other components of your mobile.
Your phone has problems in the touch pad and it can be a possible harware issue if the set was used roughly.
So my advice is to get this phone checked at Samsung Service to concur if this is only a software issue, if so get the software re-installed, otherwise get estimate on the damage .
