Personally I would just replace the radio. In dash changers go bad easily and are basically just a problem waiting to happen. The average life span of an in dash changer is about two years.
you really need to take the cd changer out of the dash, and then open the cd changer ,is one of you cds is making the problem, ones is remove it should be working fine, good luck
CD player is not working. Motor will not unload or load discs. It will play CDs fine but cannot change them. Unit will need to be repaired by an audio specialoist or replaced.
its a very common problem with g35 in dash clarion cd changer head units. a small plastic gear gets worn or brakes and wont eject or change cds. you need a new one, should be covered under your warranty.
Hi, I know this is an old post, but I'll reply, so that other readers may get the benefit of my answer.
2004 was the year that Peugeot/Citroen changed from VAN bus to CAN bus wiring on their stereo's. If your car is before or early 2004 you will need the IDC-A09 blaupunkt in dash changer, which should just plug in and work straight away.
However, If your car is later 2004 onwards you will need the IDC-A04 Blaupunkt changer which will plug in and power up, but will not work properly untill you go to a peugeot dealer and they hook up some diagnostic software to tell the car a changer has been added. Both the IDC-A04 and A09 changers look identical.
I would say that you got the wrong changer, as the IDC-A09 changers in pre/early 2004 should just plug in and work.
Remember: Pre 2004 cars need IDC-A09 (plug and play) and Post 2004 cars need IDC-A04 changer (get pug dealer to reprogram cars computer)...its a costly mistake if you bought the wrong one!

Short answer
1. press source until cd is displayed,
2. press mode until it says disc
3. use '1' and '2' to go forward a back thru discs
I hope this helps
hi
does it then say no cds?
does it try and load the tray?
sounds like it is not reconising that any cds are inserted, could be the laser, faulty or the tray is not reaching the tray in/loaded switch.
not worked on many jvc units, so it a bit of guess work
regards
