I think the two lights flashing together indicates waste toner box missing or full but as this printer doesn't have a waste bottle I assume it means the processing unit (ie the drum bit) needs replacing.

SOURCE: How do I set IP
Press the Menu button on your printer and use the up and down arrows to find Interface. Press OK and use the up and down arrows until Network appears than press OK again.
Use the up and down arrow keys to now get to TCP/IP and press OK. Now you should have a sub menu that includes DHCP, BOOTP, and IP. Select IP and use the left and right arrow keys to move between the numbers of the IP address and use the up and down arrows to change the numbers.
For you reference this can be found in the advanced manual (found here-http://tinyurl.com/6m5s2h) on page 58 or section 2-32.

SOURCE: printer problem
When you add toner to the machine, they tell you to clean the charge wire by running a green lever back and forth across the corona assy.
If you do not get it back into home position, it makes a shadow, resulting in a black line.
It happens all the time.
