You didn't give us much to go on, but I would start by going to the printer manufacturer's 'support' page and download the driver (may be listed as firmware) for your particular model and operating system, then follow the manufacturer's installation instructions. If they don't list your model (because it's outdated, etc.) you can try Softpedia and download.com, They are very good sources for both new and older 'legacy' driver software.
