am not a tv technician but check the sleep mood a key on the remote may be stuck

needs new control board wr55x10942. condensing fan not running or running slow. it get to hot then the compressor relay cut off compressor to protect it once cooled down enough it starts back running.

It's probably a thermal problem with a component. You should take it into a repair shop as it is not user serviceable.

My recommendation is to replace the thermostat. Since you do not provide model or manufacturer, I cannot provide you with detailed instructions on how to find it. The thermostat is probably quite common at your local appliance parts store and should cost about $15. For example, the same thermostat is used across the whole Whirlpool line and many others. First, pull the power from the refrigerator! Once located (usually behind a panel inside your refrigerator) you can simply cut the wires leading to the old one and install the new one with wire nuts and/or wire connectors. Once installed, plug the refrigerator back into the power. Wait about an hour and the cycle should resume normally.

You need to check the volts at the motor while it's running, to make sure some safety is not shutting it off. Then check the amps on the motor while it's running. Also you need to check your capacitor and wiring.

Your timing has jumped.

Chanches are it is probably the fan. Anything over 15 miles an hour the fan is no longer needed. I would get a cheap hydrometer and make sure your antifreeze is still good.

See if you can reposition the thermister on the facing of the evaporator coils. That could be it or the thermister might be bad. They don't use copper/mercury sensing bulbs these days. They use these cheap thermisters.

Most electric fan will run after car is shut off when it is hot, to cool the coolant. They shouldn't run for more that 15 min tops. It sound like a timer is malfunctioning.
