Question about HTC Touch Viva Cell Phone
Have you tried to set the BIOS boot sequence first priority(ODD) of your laptop?
1. restart the system and while screen is turning on keep on pressing F2 then look on boot then the 1st should be ODD then once you did that press F10 to save and exit then try it again by rebooting system then press F12 while screen is turning on to install OS in you laptop
