Hello,
the error Call Service 7410:xxxxxxx usualy is about the Drum Unit not fully inserted in the printer.
On the left side of the printer you will need to open the cover and push the Drum Unit in place.
After it clicks in place power off and on the printer.
Best regards.
You could measure the frame of the shredder (add about 7 inches in height for fold over) and convert to gallons. (Most bags are rated in gallons.
Looking on the Primo website, their current model, the 3901 shows it to be 148 liter (approximately 39 gal). Primo 3901
Their bag number for this machine is part number 1.235.997.403.
(Here's a manual for a 3901, don't know how closely it will match the 3900): http://www.primo-office.com/fileadmin/Downloads/Betriebsanleitung_Aktenvernichter/Primo/3901/Primo_3901_T1.pdf
You could call them at 800-613-2110 (but I imagine you will pay through the nose).
HSM sells 100 bags for $98 ($0.98 ea), designed to fit the HSM 390.3 Level 6 shredder (think it's similar to the Primo 3900 at 39 gallons). HIGH SECURITY SHREDDERS
Obviously your channel display must be working. I would assume the radio has sustain some harsh trauma to the channel selector itself possibly a drop. Remove the speaker side cover looking down on the channel selector and its pcb board check connection and between the mechanical switch and pcb. This may be as simple as a cold solder joint the problem is finding it. http://www.cbtricks.com/radios/superstar/3900/graphics/ss3900_sch.gif the schematic is for the 3900 which i believe are similar units.
Unplug the shredder. When you remove the cover carefully remove the auto start sensors. There is a little pushdown tab.Clean them with a soft cloth. A kleenex will be ok. Re-insert them, making sure they lock in place. Plug the shredder in an see if that solves your problem.
Run the shredder in "Reverse" mode for 15 seconds.
Oil the cutting head thoroughly as this is a High Security shredder.
Test it at 4-5 sheets.
They always overrate the capacity but if you want to keep it operating, shred 3-5 sheets max.
Running for serveral minutes could be due to dirty optic sensors. Unplug the shredder, remove the top (2 screw underneath front and 2 in back). Remove the sensors (they have a little pushbutton tab) and clean thoroughly with a soft cloth. Re-insert the sensors ensuring they lock in place, reset the top cover and test.
