I can not get my pictures or videos i have downloaded to my sansa 4GB to show

You can't view regular video and picture files on this device - it only plays a very specific format.
The files must be converted to that format.
You can do this by hand or you can use the program they designed specifically for that - the Sansa Media Converter. You can get it from the disk that came with the player.

Pictures wont show up on sansa fuse when they are uploaded,videos won't work either


Use the supplied Sansa Media Converter program to convert pictures and videos. If you don't have the SMC, you can download the Windows version from http://www.megaupload.com/?d=3IPZO6Q0

You need to use the Sansa Media Converter to convert pictures (and videos) to a format the Sansa can handle.

Problem with viewing pictures and videos


Use Sansa Media Converter for putting Videos and Photos in the appropriate format. See next page for the file formats that SMC is able to convert and further requirements:

How do you put videos on your sansa fuze mp3 player with 4gb


You will need to get the sansa media converter ...once you have it on your computer you can convert the videos into the player format..once you do so you should be able to transfer them..

Have you downloaded the firmware from sandisk?

Also, have you gone to Windows Media Player 11 and tried to sync it?

When you plug the Sansa in, Vista should recognize and the Sansa should show connected. XP should do the same thing.
