The error code, LaunchFFC-1 is a problem known to Yahoo. And, they do not have a solution.
Sometimes there are ways to work around getting past the code. Some people report having luck - others do not.
Here's some suggestions:
1) Make sure your PC is not running any virus scans.
2) Attempt to access your Yahoo mail through a different browser, like Google Chrome or Firefox if you are using Internet Explorer, or
3) Clean out your browser's cache, browsing data and cookies, then restart your browser.

Yahoo themselves have accepted this fault due to server maintenance.They have been upgrading the servers and ran into difficulties, many are having the same problem.
