I have an Intel D845GVSR motherboard. The 4 back USB ports are enabled but the two front ports aren't. I also have a Creative Combo NS DVD ROM with card readers in it. My Computer guy enabled the card...

This is probably set in the BIOS. You need to reboot the computer and enter the Setup/BIOS to enable the ports. Otherwise they're physically disconnected in the case and you will need and expert to reconnect.

Display does not show & bious scren does not show

If the monitor is okay, and you are tapping the right key to BIOS,
then its a hardware problem with the motherboard.

You may reseat (unplug, wipe dirt etc. with dry cloth, and plug back) the cables & cards (RAM, video/sound/tv-tuner card if any) & motherboard battery to see if it works.

Make sure never pull the cable/card forcefully. There is always a tiny clip or lever that holds the part in position. You just need to find it out and press gently.

Normally a good motherboard beeps if RAMs are removed. Check that.

Still no display, then get the mbd repaired by a professional.

Windows Not Showing & Not Supporting Actual RAM installed.

make sure that you don't need to overclock your setting (in BIOS ) so as to get full ddr3 frequency. That it, you need to overclock your CPU speed and if you want to work at great speed, try you upgrade you processor.
try a core 2 duo or a quad-core and make sure that it matches with your FSB, with maximum L catch ( 12 mb)

New Prossesor

I think that your MB does not support Athlon 1500. You can try with BIOS update.

Update my Intel D845GVSR Bios Version to VA84510A.86A.0056.P20, then my USB driver is not working at all.

I followed the suggestion of changing the BIOS configuration to the recovery mode, however one thing was missing - it required a startup disk and I didn't have one. I then changed the BIOS configuration to the config (pins 2 & 3) mode, booted up and went to the BIOS/CMOS setup and a new menu tab appeared called "maintenance". I went to the advance tab and selected USB configuration and, instead of a blank screen, there appeared a selection for USB support and it showed disabled. I changed the setting to enabled and three more lines of information regarding USB came up, but required not further changes. I went to F10 and saved and exited and I now have me USB capability back.
