Hello! I am not sure what is going on with my Starmate...that is whats not going on. I thought that it might be the power cord, so I replaced it. Needless to say, it did not work--literally. It won't power up. Replacement time??

I have the same problem.

before you jump to the store and buy another radio try calling your satellite provider and speak with tech support. most radios have a master reset button. sometimes it's just a press of a couple buttons and it would turn right on. had the same problem with my ski-fi 3
