RCA ATSC11 Shuts down after 30 to 45 sec.

Shuts down 30 to 45 sec. after the unit (RCA ATSC11) is powered up and during that time period there is a clicking noise. I thought it might have been the 400V 150uF capacitor, but that does not seem to be the issue. During the 30 to 40 sec the screen gets a flashing on and off like it is cycling. Any thoughts on what the issue could be?

I have the same problem.
