Question about Computers & Internet
It seems that there is an issue with the usb hub driver so what you can do is click on start-- right click computer --click on manage--device manager .Once the page opens up go to universal serial bus controllers and then uninstall anything that says usb hub by right clicking on it and then uninstall.
If this does not work then the BIOS needs to be updated and that is by going to the Hp website that is www.hp.com/support .
